If not an ideal sunny day when we visit to take your properties details, we will always return to update our marketing material to show your property in the best light possible. We upload our properties manually to websites such as rightmove.co.uk, allowing us to enjoy more control and greater attention to detail such as uploading unlimited photographs and labelling each picture to ensure your potential buyer knows what they are viewing.
We produce high quality A4 and A3 property brochures that are distributed throughout the area. This alone enhances your properties visibility and allows you to enjoy the benefits. Our brochures have large high quality pictures, floor plans and detailed descriptions of every room in your home.
Both our St Ives and Huntingdon town centre offices have brightly illuminated window displays with both A4 and A3 window card displays. All of our properties are marketed in this fashion regardless of price, property or area. Showing both external and internal images, these displays are regularly rotated to ensure all of our vendor's receive equal coverage.
We are always happy to accompany all viewings with potential purchasers. We always ensure that the viewings are conducted professionally and competently with all staff familiar with the property prior to the viewer's attendance.
We follow up on every viewing within 24 hours. This allows appropriate time for the potential purchaser to come to a sensible and realistic verdict on your property. We call you the following day to give you completely honest feedback. If we cannot contact your viewer we leave a message asking for a return call. We make contact with you the vendor, regardless of how the viewing went or if we could contact the viewer or not. This ensures you are never left in the dark.
Regardless of the property size, we will produce floor plans and add these to all of our advertising media. Floor plans allow the viewer to see your properties layout from a different perspective.
Unlike yourself, not everyone has access to the internet and therefore newspaper advertising remains a priority. We still consider a presence in local newspapers such as the Hunts Post very important. With regular newspaper features, your property is guaranteed to be viewed by local people with genuine interest in the local property market.
Although HIPs (Home Information Packs) have now been abolished, the element of the EPC remains a legal requirement and must be in place within 28 days of marketing. We can organise for these to be produced for you.
